Responsibilities

  2. Staff Members:

    • Report hazards or incidents immediately to the administration.
    • Supervise students to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
  3. Students:
    • Participate in safety drills and follow instructions from staff.
    • Report unsafe conditions or behaviors to teachers or administrators.
    • Act responsibly and respectfully in all school activities.
  4. Parents/Guardians:
    • Support the school’s health and safety policies.
    • Provide updated medical information about their child(ren).
    • Ensure that children come to school with appropriate clothing and supplies (e.g., water bottles, sunscreen).

Health and Safety Measures

  1. Facility Safety:
    • Regular maintenance and inspection of school buildings, playgrounds, and sports areas.
    • Installation of appropriate safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, CCTV cameras).
  2. Emergency Preparedness:
    • Regular fire drills and evacuation procedures.
    • Training staff in first aid and emergency response.
    • Maintaining an updated emergency contact list for all students and staff.
  3. Health Management:
    • On-site nurse and health office to address minor injuries and illnesses.
